Return & Refund Policy
Dr koki skincare spa accepts returns for eligible products within 14 days from delivery, provided items are unopened and in original condition.
Eligibility
- Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
- Final sale and promotional bundles are non-returnable unless defective.
- Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Refund Process
Once the return is received and inspected, a confirmation email is sent within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with order number and product photos for priority resolution.
